介绍了铝及铝合金反向挤压的优缺点，分析了铝及铝合金正反向挤压技术的特点，着重介绍了正反向挤压装置的几项关键技术：有效摩擦挤压结构原理和控制技术、双动挤压穿孔针机械固定精度控制技术、正反联合铝及铝合金挤压控制技术和在线驻波淬火冷却技术。通过在25 MN正反向铝挤压生产线上的实践显示，所研究的铝及铝合金正反向挤压关键技术切实可行，实践应用效果良好。

The advantages and disadvantages of the indirect aluminium extrusion was introduced .The feature of the direct and indirect aluminium extrusion was analyzed .The key technologies of the direct and indirect alu-minium extrusion , which are the theory and control technology of effective friction extrusion , the precision con-trol of the fixed mandrel process in the double-action extrusion press , the unite control technology of direct and indirect extrusion on nonferrous and inline stopping wave quench , were emphasized.The application in the 25 MN direct and indirect double-action aluminium extrusion press shows that the key technologies were reliable and the effect is good .
