Salvia miltiorrhiza injection%Methylcobalamin%Diabetic peripheral neuropathy
目的:探讨丹参注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的应用效果。方法选取100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各组50例。对照组给予糖尿病周围神经病变常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹参注射液联合甲钴胺治疗。治疗结束后,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及运动神经的传导速度。结果观察组治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后运动神经如正中神经、尺神经、胫神经传导速度均得到改善,但是观察组患者运动神经传导速度改善情况要明显好于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的应用效果较好,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。

목적:탐토단삼주사액연합갑고알치료당뇨병주위신경병변적응용효과。방법선취100례당뇨병주위신경병변환자작위연구대상,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,각조50례。대조조급여당뇨병주위신경병변상규치료,관찰조재대조조기출상급여단삼주사액연합갑고알치료。치료결속후,관찰비교량조환자적치료효과급운동신경적전도속도。결과관찰조치료당뇨병주위신경병변적총유효솔위90.0%,현저고우대조조적68.0%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조환자치료후운동신경여정중신경、척신경、경신경전도속도균득도개선,단시관찰조환자운동신경전도속도개선정황요명현호우대조조,이상차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론단삼주사액연합갑고알치료당뇨병주위신경병변적응용효과교호,치득진일보재림상상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods100 cases of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were classiifed into two groups by random digits table,control group of 50 cases were treated with regular treatment and observation group of 50 cases were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with methylcobalamin. The clinical effects and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were assessed before and after treatment between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90%,which was signiifcantly higher than that in control group 68%(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MNCV and SNCV of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve were signiifcantly increased compared with those before treatment. Moreover, the levels of MNCV and SNCV of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in observation group were signiifcantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionAlvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy can enhance the clinical effects. It was available to apply in clinic.
