目的:优化细柱五加多糖的提取、纯化工艺。方法以多糖提取率为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验方法,考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数及提取温度细柱五加多糖提取工艺的影响为考察因素。结果细柱五加多糖最优提取工艺为准确称取10.0 g药材超声提取,纯水200 mL、提取温度60℃、提取时间90 min、提取次数4次。结论优选的提取、纯化工艺稳定可靠。

목적:우화세주오가다당적제취、순화공예。방법이다당제취솔위평개지표,통과단인소화정교시험방법,고찰용제용량、제취시간、제취차수급제취온도세주오가다당제취공예적영향위고찰인소。결과세주오가다당최우제취공예위준학칭취10.0 g약재초성제취,순수200 mL、제취온도60℃、제취시간90 min、제취차수4차。결론우선적제취、순화공예은정가고。
ObjectiveTo optimize extraction of polysaccharides from Cortex Acanthopanacis.MethodWith the polysaccharides yield as indicators, single factor and orthogonal design were used to optimize extraction technology by solvent dosage, taking extraction times and extraction time as factors. ResultOptimum extraction technology was as following: accurately weighed 10.0 g herbs, add water 200 mL,extracted 4 times at 90 min each time by ultrasonic extraction.ConclusionThese optimized extraction and puriifcation processes were stable and reliable, which indicated that optimized processes were suitable for industrial production of polysaccharides from Cortex Acanthopanacis.
