随着互联网的普及和信息技术的发展，传统医疗模式发生了根本性变革，出现了线上与线下相结合的医疗O2O模式。本文在对医疗O2O模式基本概念进行剖析的基础上，归纳总结现阶段我国的发展现状，详细分析了该模式在实际应用中存在的问题及原因，并对其应用前景进行了展望。

With the development of Internet and information technology, the traditional medical mode has changed fundamentally, with the development of an O2O mode of medical care which combines on-line and off-line services. In this study, based on the analysis of basic concepts of O2O and the summarization of the development in our country, existing problems and causes of the practice of the O2O mode have been analyzed in detail and the application trend has been put forward.
