随着互联网技术的飞速发展以及与医疗技术的不断融合，移动医疗已成为全球大势所趋，国内也已掀起热潮。在移动医疗大力发展的同时，移动医疗监管的问题也越来越突出。本文通过对国外移动医疗的发展概况及其监管情况的研究，分析了我国移动医疗应用发展过程中存在的问题，并在此基础上吸取国外的经验教训，提出了建立我国移动医疗监管体系的设想。

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous integration of it and medical technology, mobile medical has become a global trend, and domestic has also set off upsurge. However, at the same time mobile medical regulatory issue has become increasingly severe. This article researches on the development situation and regulatory situation of foreign mobile medical, analyzes the problems existed in the development of mobile medical applications in China, and on this basis, absorbs the experience and lessons of foreign countries, then proposes the idea of establishing mobile medical regulatory system in China.
