目的：观察A2a受体激动剂联合低钾右旋糖苷(LPD)对大鼠供肺组织病理学结构的影响，探讨A2a受体激动剂在供肺组织中的保存作用。方法选择20只健康雄性SD大鼠，体重为350 g左右，采用随机数字表法分为两组(n=10)，L组大鼠供肺组织采用常温LPD液进行肺灌注，LC组则在L组的灌注液及保存液中加入A2a受体激动剂CGS21680液，灌注肺离体后置于4℃相应组的保存液里保存6 h后，取两组移植肺组织行光镜下病理学观察并进行积分计算和统计学分析。结果肺组织炎症渗出积分方面LC组为3.5分，低于L组的9.5分，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；肺组织病理评分总分方面，L组为(10.67±1.63)分，LC组为(7.50±1.22)分，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 A2a受体激动剂可减少供体肺组织炎症细胞浸润程度，提高LPD液对供肺组织保存效果。
목적：관찰A2a수체격동제연합저갑우선당감(LPD)대대서공폐조직병이학결구적영향，탐토A2a수체격동제재공폐조직중적보존작용。방법선택20지건강웅성SD대서，체중위350 g좌우，채용수궤수자표법분위량조(n=10)，L조대서공폐조직채용상온LPD액진행폐관주，LC조칙재L조적관주액급보존액중가입A2a수체격동제CGS21680액，관주폐리체후치우4℃상응조적보존액리보존6 h후，취량조이식폐조직행광경하병이학관찰병진행적분계산화통계학분석。결과폐조직염증삼출적분방면LC조위3.5분，저우L조적9.5분，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；폐조직병리평분총분방면，L조위(10.67±1.63)분，LC조위(7.50±1.22)분，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 A2a수체격동제가감소공체폐조직염증세포침윤정도，제고LPD액대공폐조직보존효과。
Objective To observe the effects of A2a receptor agonist combined with low potassium dextran (LPD) on the pathological structure of donor lung tissues in rats, and to investigate the preservation of A2a receptor ag-onist in donor lungs tissues. Methods Twenty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing about 350 g, were ran-domly divided into two groups:L group (n=10, the rats' donor lung tissues were primed with LPD solution at room temperature) and LC group (n=10, the perfusion and preservation solution were added with A2a receptor CGS21680 based on that of L group). The primed lung was preserved in vitro for 6 hours in the solutions of the corresponding group at 4℃. The transplanted lung tissues were collected and observed under microscope for pathological changes. Results The integral term of lung tissue inflammation of LC group (3.5 points) was significantly lower than that of L group (9.5 points), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total pathological score of lung tissue was (10.67 ± 1.63) points in L group and (7.50 ± 1.22) points in LC group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Adenosine A2a receptor can reduce the inflammatory cells' infiltration in lung tissue of donor and improve preservation of the LPD solution for rat lung.
