目的：探讨个体化延续护理对高血压患者生存质量的影响效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月在本院就诊的300例高血压患者，按随机数表法分为实验组和对照组，每组150例。实验组接受个体化延续护理方案，对照组接受常规日常护理。对两组患者进行生存质量以及护理满意度调查，并统计分析。结果实验组患者在心理、生理、日常生活以及社会支持等方面评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组总护理满意度为96.0%，显著高于对照组的78.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个体化延续护理能够改善高血压患者的生存质量，保证了高血压患者能够得到专业支持和帮助，是一种先进、有效的护理服务模式。
목적：탐토개체화연속호리대고혈압환자생존질량적영향효과。방법선취2013년1월~2015년1월재본원취진적300례고혈압환자，안수궤수표법분위실험조화대조조，매조150례。실험조접수개체화연속호리방안，대조조접수상규일상호리。대량조환자진행생존질량이급호리만의도조사，병통계분석。결과실험조환자재심리、생리、일상생활이급사회지지등방면평분균현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。실험조총호리만의도위96.0%，현저고우대조조적78.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론개체화연속호리능구개선고혈압환자적생존질량，보증료고혈압환자능구득도전업지지화방조，시일충선진、유효적호리복무모식。
Objective To investigate the influence effect of individual continuous nursing on quality of life in patients with hypertension. Methods 300 patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table,150 cases in each group.The experimental group was received individual continuous nursing,control group was received routine nursing.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in two groups was researched and analyzed. Results The score of psychology,physiology,daily life and social support in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01).Total nursing satisfaction in experimental group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 78.0% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Individual continuous nursing can improve the quality of life of patient with hypertensive and to ensure patients with hypertensive can get professional support and help,to ensure that the e patient can get professional support and assistance, is an advanced and effective care model.It is one kind of effective and advanced nursing service model.
