临床医学毕业实习是关乎医学后备人才培养的百年大计。近年来，随着医患矛盾发生率的居高不下、医疗事故责任法等相关政策的出台实施以及重临床轻教学、重辅助检查轻物理诊断思想的蔓延等，本科毕业生临床动手能力出现下滑态势。新形势下，医学生临床能力究竟该如何培养成为一个无法回避且事关今后医疗系统能否健康发展的关键课题。为此，本人结合在本院科教科管理岗位上工作多年的经验，对当前医学生临床毕业实习中存在的各种问题进行分析，并提出一些建议，希冀为解决当前医学本科生临床能力培养的困局提供参考意见。

The clinical medical students’ graduation practice is very important for the supplement of medical reserve talented persons.In recent years,with the development of medical conflict,the application of medical malpractice liability law and the spread of ideas which maximize clinical practice but despise teaching, the clinical ability of undergraduates is declining.How to educate the clinical ability of medicos under the new situations has become a key project which is impossible to avoid and plays a very important role in the health development of medical system.So,we make a probing analysis and give some advices to drive the development of the clinical ability education,combined with many years of work experience in science and education division.
