以常州工程职业技术学院地域文化教育调查为前提,分析高职院校开展地域文化教育的基本情况,围绕地方高职院校开展地域文化教育文化认同、文化资源、师资条件的三大优势,总结高职院校开展地域文化教育的主要途径,即要有适当的课程形式,要重视学生文化社团的建设,要注重与校园文化活动的结合,要提供社会实践活动机会,要发挥隐性课程的补充作用,要重视新技术载体的开发与利用。

This paper analyses the situation of local culture education by a survey from Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology and sums up local culture education cultivating ways in higher vocational colleges based on the three advantages including cultural identity, cultural resources and teaching staff. They must have the appropriate curriculum form, paying more attention to students' cultural community building, combining with campus culture activities, providing more social pratice, bringing into play hidden curriculum, and valuing the development and utilization of new technology carrier.
