研究采用NSSE-China调查工具和生师互动类型研究的已有框架,从学生的视角对X职业技术学院以生师学习性互动和社会性互动情况进行分析,并将之与生师互动情况的全国本科常模进行比较,揭示我国现阶段高职大学生生师互动行为存在的问题与不足,提出了高职院校促进生师互动的有效措施。

Applying the instrument of NSSE-China (namely Chinese college students survey of student engagement) and the existing framework of student and faculty interaction type, this study conducted an analysis of the learning and social interactive situations between students and teachers of X Vocational and technical college. Besides, it compares the student and faculty interaction norms of the national universities. It indicates the current problems of student and faculty interaction in vocational colleges at the present stage, and proposes the corresponding effective measures to promote the student and faculty interaction.
