幼儿教育是人生教育中最关键的部分，家长对自己孩子学前教育的培养也越来越重视。尤其是近几年来，人们关切幼儿英语教育的呼声越来越高，但幼儿英语教育的现状却并不乐观。要取得幼儿英语教育事业的蓬勃发展，关键在于对幼儿英语师资的重点培养之上。文章力图从中国幼儿英语教育史和幼儿英语教育现状出发，来分析探讨幼儿英语师资培养的策略问题。

Infant education is the most important part of life education. Parents pay more and more attention to their children's pre-school education. But the present situation of pre-school English education is not satisfactory. The key to the development of pre-school English education is the cultivation of English teachers. This paper tries to analyze the strategies of pre-school English teacher training from the perspective of pre-school English education history and English education status quo.
