对矩形平行翅肋散热器风阻的计算和考虑风阻情况下风机的选型进行了研究。简要介绍了风机的特性曲线和工作点对散热效果的影响,提出了一种基于矩形散热器风阻估算的风机选型方法,基于该方法计算得出了矩形翅肋散热器的风阻特性曲线。以某散热器为例,用此方法计算了散热器的风阻、风压,选择了合适的风机,通过ICEPAK软件进行了仿真验证,结果表明该方法合理、可行。

The estimation of air flow resistance and fan selection under air flow resistance are studied in the paper.The method of air flow resistance estimation and P?Q curve based on rectangular heat sink are described,and the influence of fan P?Q curve and fan operating point to the heat elimination of heat sink is introduced.A method of fan selection under air flow resistance is proposed.With a heat sink as example,the air flow resistance is calculated and the suitable fan for the sink is selected. An advanced thermal modeling software ICEPAK is used for simulation.The result proves that this method is reasonable and feasible.
