针对测量误差、传输过程误差等受到技术和设备本身的精度限制从而提高遥测精度难度大的特点，提出从数据处理角度提高遥测精度的方法。阐述遥测精度的内涵，分析影响遥测精度的因素，并分异常值剔除法与精细处理法两大类进行数据处理提高精度的方法探讨，着重对精细处理法的帧计数对准时间法、帧间隔时间修正法、加入修正量法和冗余数据融合法进行详细阐述。这些方法已在数据处理中得到使用，效果良好。

Enhancing telemetry precision is very difficult due to the measurement error and transmission error caused by the limits of technology and device precision. Considering these conditions, the paper proposes the methods for enhancing telemetry precision through data processing.It introduces the meaning of telemetry precision first,then analyses the factors affecting precision,and finally discusses the methods for enhancing telemetry precision which mainly include abnormal data eliminating and refined data processing.In the method of refined data processing,the methods of adjusting time by frame number,modifying time by frame interval,adding modif?ying value and fusing redundant data are described in detail. All these methods have been used in data processing and have achieved good effectiveness.
