文章分析了集团化医院财务管理模式存在的问题，如财务信息化发展不均衡；财务服务意识不高，甚至变成了财务服从、盲从；注重财务活动、忽视财务关系等。对此，在分析了国际国内形势的基础上，提出了集团化医院财务管理模式的发展策略———集中化、专业化，并进行实证分析。

This paper analyzes the problems exist in hospital group financial management, such as uneven development of financial information; lower financial service awareness and even become a financial obey blindly; focus on financial activities and ignore financial relationships, and so on. In this regard, the analysis based on the international and domestic situation, and proposed development of the hospital group financial management mode: centralization and specialization, and take an empirical analysis.
