目的：分析普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进的临床结果。方法抽选2013年1月~2014年12月本院接收的桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进患者60例，按临床自愿接受治疗方法平均分成两组(医治组、对照组)，医治组患者给予普萘洛尔药物治疗，对照组患者给予临床常用抗甲状腺药物治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果医治组患者临床治疗好转率和对照组患者相比(93.3%vs73.3%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；医治组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(6.7%vs26.7%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普萘洛尔治疗桥本病伴发甲状腺功能亢进安全、可靠，可改善其临床症状、减少并发症，意义重大，值得推广。

목적：분석보내락이치료교본병반발갑상선공능항진적림상결과。방법추선2013년1월~2014년12월본원접수적교본병반발갑상선공능항진환자60례，안림상자원접수치료방법평균분성량조(의치조、대조조)，의치조환자급여보내락이약물치료，대조조환자급여림상상용항갑상선약물치료，비교량조환자적림상치료효과。결과의치조환자림상치료호전솔화대조조환자상비(93.3%vs73.3%)，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；의치조환자병발증발생솔저우대조조(6.7%vs26.7%)，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론보내락이치료교본병반발갑상선공능항진안전、가고，가개선기림상증상、감소병발증，의의중대，치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the clinical results of propranolol in the treatment of Hashimoto disease concomitant with hyperthyroidism. Methods 60 patients with Hashimoto disease concomitant with hyperthyroidism who were admit-ted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected.They were evenly assigned to two groups (treat-ment group and control group) according to their willingness of selecting clinical treatment.The treatment group was given medical treatment of propranolol,and the control group was given the treatment of clinically common anti-thyroid drugs.Clinical effects between two groups was compared respectively. Results Improvement rate of clinical treatment in treatment group was compared with that of control group (93.3% vs 73.3%),with statistical difference(P<0.05);Total in-cidence of complications in treatment group was better than that in control group(6.7% vs 26.7%),with statistical differ-ence(P<0.05). Conclusion Propranolol applied in the treatment of Hashimoto disease concomitant with hyperthyroidism is safe and reliable,improves its clinical symptoms and reduces complications,which is of great significance and worthy of promotion.
