目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液在小儿支气管肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院儿科于2014年1月~2015年1月收治的96例支气管肺炎患儿，对其进行回顾性分析，依据治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组，每组48例。比较两组患儿的临床疗效，咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部湿啰音消失的时间，及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后研究组患儿的临床总有效率为95.8%，明显高于对照组的83.3%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、气促及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为2.08%，显著低于对照组的8.33%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.653，P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液可明显改善患儿的临床症状，缩短相关症状消失的时间，治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토염산안추색주사액재소인지기관폐염중적림상응용개치。방법선취본원인과우2014년1월~2015년1월수치적96례지기관폐염환인，대기진행회고성분석，의거치료방법불동분위연구조화대조조，매조48례。비교량조환인적림상료효，해수、해담、기촉、폐부습라음소실적시간，급병발증발생정황。결과치료후연구조환인적림상총유효솔위95.8%，명현고우대조조적83.3%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연구조해수、해담、기촉급폐부습라음소실시간균단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연구조적병발증발생솔위2.08%，현저저우대조조적8.33%，차이유통계학의의(χ2=15.653，P<0.05)。결론염산안추색주사액가명현개선환인적림상증상，축단상관증상소실적시간，치료효과현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 96 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia from department of pharmacy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected,who were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment,with 48 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,and lung wet rales,and incidence of complications between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of study group after treatment was 95.8%,significantly high-er than that of control group (83.3%),there had significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration,shortness of breathand,lung wet rales in study group was significantly shorter than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complications of study group was 2.08%, significantly lower than 8.33% in control group,with statistical difference(χ2=15.653,P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hy-drochloride injection can obviously improve the children’s clinical symptoms,shorten the disappearance time.The treat-ment effect is significant,which is worth in clinical promotion.
