After the information technology infrastructure library ( ITIL ) was briefed, the service management process of ITIL and its application in Affiliated Beijing Maternity Hospital of Capital Medical University were described in terms of its operation management, events management, tasks management, problems management followed by an assessment of its application effects with suggestions put forward for the solution of its problems.
