目的：探讨适合全麻扁桃体切除术后患者舒适安全的体位。方法将全麻扁桃体术后280名患者随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组则采用传统的去枕平卧位6 h，试验组采用头颈下垫枕，并给予头胸部逐步摇高10~45°的改良低半卧位，观察术后6h 内两组生命体征、并发症及术后不适，并进行比较。结果试验组和对照组患者生命体征、呕吐及头痛的发生无统计学意义（P >0.05）；SaO2异常、Ⅰ期压疮、伤口出血、头晕发生率有统计学意义（P <0.05）；伤口疼痛、咽部阻塞感、肌肉酸痛的比较，差异有明显统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论全麻扁桃体切除术后患者采用改良低半卧位，安全舒适。
목적：탐토괄합전마편도체절제술후환자서괄안전적체위。방법장전마편도체술후280명환자수궤분위대조조화시험조，대조조칙채용전통적거침평와위6 h，시험조채용두경하점침，병급여두흉부축보요고10~45°적개량저반와위，관찰술후6h 내량조생명체정、병발증급술후불괄，병진행비교。결과시험조화대조조환자생명체정、구토급두통적발생무통계학의의（P >0.05）；SaO2이상、Ⅰ기압창、상구출혈、두훈발생솔유통계학의의（P <0.05）；상구동통、인부조새감、기육산통적비교，차이유명현통계학의의（P <0.01）。결론전마편도체절제술후환자채용개량저반와위，안전서괄。
Objective:To study the suitable for general anesthesia patients comfortable and safe position after tonsillecto-my. Methods:General anesthesia tonsil operation,280 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group,the use of traditional to pillow hypothesis 6 h,with the patients with head and neck pillow,and gives the cephalothorax gradually shaking 10 ~ 45 ° improved lower half supine position,looked at two groups of vital signs within 6 h after surgery,complications and postoperative discomfort,and comparison. Results:The experimental group and control group of the patient′s vital signs,vomiting and headache happened without statistical significance(P > 0. 05);SaO2 abnormalities,Ⅰ phase of the incidence of pressure ulcers,bleeding,dizziness was statistically significant(P <0. 05);Wound pain,pharyngeal obstruction,and the comparison of muscle soreness,have obvious statistical significance difference(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:General anesthesia after tonsillectomy were treated by modified low half supine posi-tion,safe and comfortable.
