目的:探讨支气管哮喘患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的作用。方法选取2013年10月~2014年10月在本院进行治疗的50例支气管哮喘患者作为观察组,选择同一时期的55例健康体检者作为对照组。观察两组的CD4+CD25+T细胞水平,并对急性期及非急性期哮喘患者的肺功能进行测定。结果观察组的CD4+CD25+T细胞百分率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性发作期支气管哮喘患者的第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)、最大用力呼气流速(PEF)水平显著低于非急性发作期,急性发作期的CD4+CD25+百分率显著高于非急性发作期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性发作期轻中度患者的CD4+CD25+T细胞百分率显著高于重度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在哮喘疾病活动中起着重要作用,是导致哮喘患者细胞免疫失调的重要原因。

목적:탐토지기관효천환자외주혈CD4+CD25+조절성T세포적작용。방법선취2013년10월~2014년10월재본원진행치료적50례지기관효천환자작위관찰조,선택동일시기적55례건강체검자작위대조조。관찰량조적CD4+CD25+T세포수평,병대급성기급비급성기효천환자적폐공능진행측정。결과관찰조적CD4+CD25+T세포백분솔현저저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。급성발작기지기관효천환자적제1초용력호기용적점용력폐활량적비치(FEV1/FVC)、최대용력호기류속(PEF)수평현저저우비급성발작기,급성발작기적CD4+CD25+백분솔현저고우비급성발작기,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。급성발작기경중도환자적CD4+CD25+T세포백분솔현저고우중도환자,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론CD4+CD25+조절성T세포재효천질병활동중기착중요작용,시도치효천환자세포면역실조적중요원인。
Objective To explore the effect of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 50 cases with bronchial asthma from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,55 health human with physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group. The CD4+CD25+T cells level of two groups and pulmonary function of patients with acute and non-acute asthma was de-termined and observed. Results The percentage of CD4+CD25+ T cells in the observation group was lower than that the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of FEV1/FVC,PEF in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was lower than that in non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,the percentage of CD4+CD25+T cells in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was higher than that in non-acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,with significant difference (P<0.05).The percentage of CD4+CD25+T cells in patients with mild to moderate acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma was higher than that in severe acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells plays an important role in the activation of asthma,and is an important cause of the disorder of cellular immunity in patients with asthma.
