目的:了解临床护理教师接受微格教学培训后的体会,为快速有效地培训临床护理教师教学技能提供依据。方法:采用开放性、半结构式访谈法对10名接受过微格教学培训的临床护理教师进行深度访谈,运用质性研究资料分析的方法对资料进行整理和分析,提炼主题。结果:从访谈的内容中提炼出4个主题:带教教师认为自身教学技能得到了较大地提高;微格教学有利于激发学生学习的主动性和积极性;有必要建立一套系统的临床护理微格教学培训模式;建立合理的评价方法是教学技能培训中评价工作的关键。结论:临床护理老师的教学技能及学生学习兴趣得到提高,但仍存在一些不足,建议建立一套系统的临床护理微格教学培训模式和评价体系。

Objective:To understand the experience of clinical nursing teachers accepting micro-teaching training,and providing evidence to train clinical nursing teachers rapidly and effectively.Methods:Adopting open and semi-structured interviews for 10 clinical nursing teachers who were received micro-teaching training to in -depth interview.The data were collated and analyzed by qualitative research method and themes were extracted.Results:Four themes were extracted including clinical nursing teachers believing their teaching skills have been greatly improved,micro-teaching helping to inspire students′learning initiative and enthusiasm.It is necessary to set up a system of clinical nursing micro -teaching training mode,establishing a reasonable evaluation method is the key to the teaching skill training in the evaluation work .Conclusion:The teaching skills of clinical nursing teacheres and students′interest in learning were improved,but there are still some problems which recommending to establish a system of clinical nursing micro -teaching training mode and e-valuation system.
