目的:检测原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆脂联素浓度、血清肌酐和尿酸,探讨血浆脂联素浓度与肌酐、尿酸的关系。方法:对151例EH患者(EH组)和100例正常对照者(NC组)采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆脂联素浓度,全自动生化分析仪测定肌酐、尿酸。结果:EH组血浆脂联素浓度低于NC组[(3.8±0.1)μg/ml比(6.3±0.4)μg/ml,P<0.01)。EH组肌酐、尿酸明显高于NC组[肌酐:(94.70±37.87)μmol/L比(81.44±17.38)μmol/L],尿酸:(401.15±119.26)mmol/L比(337.44±111.63)mmol/L,P<0.01]。血浆脂联素与尿酸、肌酐呈负相关。结论:原发性高血压患者血浆脂联素浓度明显降低,肌酐、尿酸明显升高,且脂联素与尿酸、肌酐呈负相关,低脂联素血症、尿酸是原发性高血压的独立危险因素。

Objective:To examine whether adiponectin affects essential hypertension genetically or biologically.We performed a case-control study to investigate in essential hypertension patients and study the relationship of the uric acid,creatinine to plasma adiponectin concentration.Method:A total of 151 diagnosed cases of essential hypertension(EH group)and 100 normal control(NC group) were enrolled in this study.Plasma adiponectin concentration was measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay system.Result:The plasma adiponectin concentration in EH group was lower than that of the NC group(P<0.01).The uric acid,creatinine in EH group were highter than those of the NC group(P<0.01).Adiponectin concentration significantly increased with uric acid and creatinine.Conclusion:The plasma adiponectin concentration in essential hypertension group were lower and uric acid,creatinine were highter.Hypoadiponectinemia and hyperuricemia are independent risk factors for hypertension.
