目的:探讨医护合作模式在腰椎间盘突出症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将我科2012年7月~2013年7月收治的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组实施常规治疗护理及健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上采用医护合作模式。比较两组患者对健康教育的满意度、腰椎功能以及术后生存质量。结果:试验组患者满意度、腰椎功能及术后生存质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护合作模式健康教育能提高患者的遵医行为及依从性,提高护士的专业素质,促进医护合作,提高健康教育的效果及患者满意度。

목적:탐토의호합작모식재요추간반돌출증환자건강교육중적응용효과。방법:장아과2012년7월~2013년7월수치적100례요추간반돌출증환자수궤등분위시험조화대조조,대조조실시상규치료호리급건강교육,시험조재대조조적기출상채용의호합작모식。비교량조환자대건강교육적만의도、요추공능이급술후생존질량。결과:시험조환자만의도、요추공능급술후생존질량균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:의호합작모식건강교육능제고환자적준의행위급의종성,제고호사적전업소질,촉진의호합작,제고건강교육적효과급환자만의도。
Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of doctor -and-nurse cooperation mode in health education of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups .The control group were given routine care and health education,while the experimental group received care and health education through the doctor-and-nurse cooperation mode.The effectiveness of two groups was compared by questionnaires on the patients satisfaction, the function of lumbar and the quality of life.Results:The scores in the patients satisfaction,lumbar function and quality of life in experimental group were higher than those in control group ( P <0 .05 ) .Conclusion:The application of doctor-and -nurse cooperation mode in health education can not only ensure compliance behavior of patients but also improve the professional quality of nurses and promote the cooperation of doctors and nurses,and even enhance the effect of health education and the patient satisfaction .
