目的：观察比较母婴床旁护理新模式在产科病房的应用效果。方法：选择我院收治的产妇160例作为研究对象，并将其随机等分为试验组与对照组，试验组应用母婴床旁护理新模式进行护理，所有护理工作均在床旁完成，指导产妇及其家属积极配合参与，对照组则给予常规护理。将两组研究对象对相关知识了解情况、婴儿护理技能情况以及满意度情况进行对比分析。结果：试验组母婴知识及格人数显著高于对照组，试验组婴儿护理技术达标及满意率显著高于对照组，组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：应用母婴床旁护理，能够有效提升产妇对于婴儿护理相关知识的掌握程度，有助于加强产妇自我护理以及护理婴儿的技能水平，有利于婴儿健康成长，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰비교모영상방호리신모식재산과병방적응용효과。방법：선택아원수치적산부160례작위연구대상，병장기수궤등분위시험조여대조조，시험조응용모영상방호리신모식진행호리，소유호리공작균재상방완성，지도산부급기가속적겁배합삼여，대조조칙급여상규호리。장량조연구대상대상관지식료해정황、영인호리기능정황이급만의도정황진행대비분석。결과：시험조모영지식급격인수현저고우대조조，시험조영인호리기술체표급만의솔현저고우대조조，조간차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：응용모영상방호리，능구유효제승산부대우영인호리상관지식적장악정도，유조우가강산부자아호리이급호리영인적기능수평，유리우영인건강성장，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the application analysis of mother infant bedside nursing mode specific effect in the maternity ward ,provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:160 cases of pregnant women admitted in our hospital and the baby as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group used mother infant bedside care model,in the routine care at the same time,all the nursing work were completed at the bedside,maternal and their families to participate in,the control group were received routine nursing.The relevant knowledge of two groups to understand the situation,baby care skills and satisfaction rate were analyzed.Results:The experimental group maternal knowledge passing rate infants nursing technology standard ratio and satisfaction rate were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mother infant bedside nursing,can effectively enhance the maternal infant care for the master degree of knowledge,enhance their nursing skills, help to strengthen the self nursing maternal and infant care skills,is conducive to the healthy growth of babies,which has great popularization and application value.
