目的：研究消化内科门诊治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果，并且分析药物治疗的效果及用药方法。方法：本次研究以2010年3月-2014年3月在笔者所在医院治疗的368例胃食管反流患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将368例患者分为治疗组(n=184)与对照组(n=184)，治疗组使用奥美拉唑治疗，对照组使用雷尼替丁治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组患者的治疗效果更加明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：使用奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病患者，可以加速康复，有效缓解症状，适合在消化内科进行推广及应用。
목적：연구소화내과문진치료위식관반류병적림상효과，병차분석약물치료적효과급용약방법。방법：본차연구이2010년3월-2014년3월재필자소재의원치료적368례위식관반류환자작위연구대상，안조수궤수자표법장368례환자분위치료조(n=184)여대조조(n=184)，치료조사용오미랍서치료，대조조사용뢰니체정치료，비교량조적료효。결과：치료조환자적치료효과경가명현，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：사용오미랍서치료위식관반류병환자，가이가속강복，유효완해증상，괄합재소화내과진행추엄급응용。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of digestion Department of Internal Medicine outpatient in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and analyze the effect and drug treatment methods.Method:In this study 368 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux were selected as the objects of study from March 2010 to March 2014.And the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=184) and the control group(n=184).The treatment group was treated with Omeprazole,the control group was given ranitidine treatment,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, can accelerate rehabilitation,effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients,is suitable for popularization and application in Department of Internal Medicine.
