目的：研究分析对复杂指骨、掌骨骨折患者采用外固定支架治疗的效果，为其临床治疗和研究提供有效的理论依据。方法选取2012年6月至2013年12月我院治疗的80例指骨、掌骨骨折患者，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组采用AO微型钢板内固定治疗，观察组采用微型外固定架治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组骨折愈合时间为（8.75±1.65）周、解剖愈合率为100.0%和并发症发生率为5.0%明显优于对照组的（10.05±1.50）周、80.0%和20.0%（P＜0.05）。结论对复杂指骨、掌骨骨折患者采用微型外固定支架治疗效果显著、操作简便、安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：연구분석대복잡지골、장골골절환자채용외고정지가치료적효과，위기림상치료화연구제공유효적이론의거。방법선취2012년6월지2013년12월아원치료적80례지골、장골골절환자，수궤분위량조，매조40례。대조조채용AO미형강판내고정치료，관찰조채용미형외고정가치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과관찰조골절유합시간위（8.75±1.65）주、해부유합솔위100.0%화병발증발생솔위5.0%명현우우대조조적（10.05±1.50）주、80.0%화20.0%（P＜0.05）。결론대복잡지골、장골골절환자채용미형외고정지가치료효과현저、조작간편、안전성고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the treatment effect of external ifxation for complex phalanx, metacarpal fractures. Methods 80 cases patients with of complex phalanx, metacarpal fractures in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013, were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of each group. The control group were treated with AO mini-plate ifxation, the observation group were treated with miniature external ifxator, the curative effect were compared in two groups. Results The observation group of the fracture healing time was (8.75±1.65) weeks, anatomy healing rate was 100.0%and the complication rate were 5.0%, signiifcantly better than the control group(10.05±1.50)weeks, 80.0%and 20.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion Mini external ifxator in treatment of the complex phalanx, metacarpal fracture has a deifne effect, easy to operate and safety, has a worthy of clinical application.
