目的：针对复杂性肾结石患者采用双通道微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)的方法治疗并分析其临床疗效。方法将我院2012年4月至2014年6月收治的64例复杂性肾结石患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组32例，对照组实施单通道MPCNL，观察组实施双通道MPCNL，对比分析两组的一期结石取净率等术中术后指标。结果观察组一期结石取净率明显高于对照组，观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后大出血及脓毒血症发生率、术后住院时间均明显少于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论双通道微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石效果良好，可明显提高结石清除率和手术安全性，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To treat and analyze the clinical curative effect of dual micro fistula percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) on treatment of patients with complex renal calculi. Methods 64 cases of complicated renal calculi in our hospital were randomly divided from April 2012 to June 2014 as control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group, control group was given single channel MPCNL, observation group used implementation of dual channel MPCNL, analyzed two groups’ rate of calculus stones. Results The stone clearance rate of observation group inⅠstage was signiifcantly higher than control group, observation group’s operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative bleeding, the incidence of postoperative sepsis incidence and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly less than control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Double channel micro fistula percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) has good curative effect on treatment of complex renal calculi, it can improve the stone clearance rate and worthy of clinical application.
