目的:研究并分析针灸配合听觉统合训练治疗儿童语言发育迟缓的临床效果。方法依据纳入排除标准随机选取语言发育迟缓的儿童50例,采用随机数字表法将50例儿童分为两组,对照组采用语言训练加针灸治疗,研究组在采用语言训练加针灸治疗的基础上加以听觉统合训练进行治疗,经过两个疗程的治疗后,对两组的治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果两组儿童在经过2个月的治疗后,研究组的治疗总有效率为96.0%,对照组的治疗总有效率为80.0%,研究组总有效显著高于对照组,两组差距较明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于语言发育迟缓的儿童采用语言训练加针灸治疗的基础上加以听觉统合训练进行治疗,具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广使用。

목적:연구병분석침구배합은각통합훈련치료인동어언발육지완적림상효과。방법의거납입배제표준수궤선취어언발육지완적인동50례,채용수궤수자표법장50례인동분위량조,대조조채용어언훈련가침구치료,연구조재채용어언훈련가침구치료적기출상가이은각통합훈련진행치료,경과량개료정적치료후,대량조적치료효과진행회고성분석。결과량조인동재경과2개월적치료후,연구조적치료총유효솔위96.0%,대조조적치료총유효솔위80.0%,연구조총유효현저고우대조조,량조차거교명현,구유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론대우어언발육지완적인동채용어언훈련가침구치료적기출상가이은각통합훈련진행치료,구유량호적림상효과,치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with auditory integration training on children with language retardation. Methods Selected 50 language development retardation children according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, they were divided into two groups by random number method, control group was treated with language training and acupuncture treatment, research group used auditory integration training and acupuncture treatment based on language training. After two courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was retrospective analysis. Results Research group’s total efifciency was 96.0%, and it was 80.0%in control group after two months of treatment, research group’s total efifciency was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group, difference was obvious, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For language development retardation in children, language training and acupuncture combined with auditory integration training treatment has good clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
