目的：对家长在儿童预防接种过程中的心理需求及护理干预进行研究分析。方法选取2013年5月至2014年2月400名带幼儿来我社区门诊接种的儿童家长，采用调查问卷调查家长的心理需求及预防接种知识的知晓情况，针对家长在儿童预防接种过程中不同的心理需求予以护理干预。结果家长首要的心里需求为安全有效接种疫苗（100.0%），98%以上的家长希望知道疫苗接种的不良反应及接种后注意事项；家长知晓率最高的为疫苗接种后的注意事项（70.3%），知晓率最低的为如何处理接种反应（58.0%），家长最希望获得知识的途径为发放疫苗接种知识手册（81.3%）。结论改善接种环境，确保接种的安全性，提高服务质量及普及预防接种的相关知识是预防接种工作顺利开展的保障。

Objective To analyze the parents' psychological needs in the process of children' vaccination and nursing intervention. Methods 400 cases of parents who brought children vaccinated in our community clinic from May 2013 to February 2014, the psychological needs and the awareness situation of preventive vaccination knowledge of the parents were surveyed with questionnaire, according parents' different psychological needs in the process of children' vaccination for nursing intervention. Results Safe and effective vaccination was the primary demand of parents(100.0%), more than 98%parents wanted to knew the adverse reactions of vaccination and the note after inoculation, the highest awareness of parents was after vaccination notes(70.3%), the lowest was how to deal with vaccination response(58.0%), parents' most wish way to get knowledge was distribute vaccination knowledge manual (81.3%). Conclusion To improve the inoculation environment, ensure the safety of vaccination, improve the quality of service and popularize relevant knowledge of vaccination are the security for vaccination work smooth development.
