目的：分析过氧化氢溶液联合克拉霉素治疗生殖道支原体感染的治疗效果。方法：将2013年1月-2014年12月收治于本院的生殖道支原体感染患者186例为研究对象，按就诊时间先后顺序将其分成观察组和对照组，每组各93例，对照组患者单纯使用克拉霉素治疗，观察组患者采用过氧化氢溶液联合克拉霉素治疗，对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为98.92%（92/93），治愈率为83.87%（78/93）；对照组治疗总有效率为91.40%（85/93），治愈率为63.44%（59/93）。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在对生殖道支原体感染患者进行治疗的过程中，选择采用过氧化氢溶液联合克拉霉素治疗能够提高治愈率，提升整体治疗效果，在临床中值得推广使用。
목적：분석과양화경용액연합극랍매소치료생식도지원체감염적치료효과。방법：장2013년1월-2014년12월수치우본원적생식도지원체감염환자186례위연구대상，안취진시간선후순서장기분성관찰조화대조조，매조각93례，대조조환자단순사용극랍매소치료，관찰조환자채용과양화경용액연합극랍매소치료，대비분석량조환자치료효과。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔위98.92%（92/93），치유솔위83.87%（78/93）；대조조치료총유효솔위91.40%（85/93），치유솔위63.44%（59/93）。량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재대생식도지원체감염환자진행치료적과정중，선택채용과양화경용액연합극랍매소치료능구제고치유솔，제승정체치료효과，재림상중치득추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate curative effect of hydrogen peroxide solution combined with clarithromycin for the treatment of genital tract mycoplasma infection. Method:186 patients with genital tract mycoplasma infection from January 2013-December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,93 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple clarithromycin,the observation group was treated with hydrogen peroxide solution combined with clarithromycin. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Result:After different treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.92%(92/93),and overcast rate was 83.87%(78/93). The total effective rate of the control group was 91.40%(85/93), and overcast rate was 63.44%(59/93). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with genital tract mycoplasma infection,the hydrogen peroxide solution with clarithromycin therapy can improve the cure rate,improve the overall treatment effect,it is worth popularization in clinical use.
