目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病的护理对策。方法整群选取该院呼吸内科2014年3-12月期间收治的162例慢性肺源性心脏病患者作为探究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为分析组和对照组，每组61例，对照组患者采取常规护理措施进行护理，分析组患者采取综合护理方案进行护理，并比较两组患者的临床疗效和患者对护理服务满意度。结果经过有效治疗和护理后，对照组患者治疗有效率为77.0%，分析组患者治疗有效率为93.4%，分析组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；对照组患者对护理服务满意度为67.2%，分析组患者对护理服务满意度为96.7%，分析组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肺源性心脏病患者实施综合护理不仅有助于提高患者临床治疗效果，还能显著提高护理服务满意度。

Objective To summarize the nursing countermeasures for chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 162 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital from March 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the analysis group and the control group with 61 cases in each. The control group was treated by the conventional nursing intervention, and the analysis group was treated by the integrated care. And the clinical efficacy and patients' satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results After effective treatment and care, the response rate was much higher in the analysis group than that in the control group (93.4%vs 77.0%) (P<0.05). The patients' satisfaction with nursing service was 96.7%in the analysis group while 67.2%in the control group, the analy-sis group had much higher level of patients' satisfaction with nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, integrated care is conducive to improving the clinical treatment effect and the satisfaction with nursing service.
