本文利用1990-2011年江苏省13个地市农村地区的面板数据对工业化中环境污染的规模效应、污染排放强度效应与结构效应进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，农村工业污染排放量受经济规模、污染排放强度与产业结构的影响。农村工业发展中污染排放存在显著地规模效应，随着工业经济规模的扩大，对农村环境质量有显著负面影响。苏南、苏中与苏北区域农村的比较研究表明，苏南的三种效应均低于苏中与苏北的三种效应。

Based on the pan el data set from 1990 to 2011 in rural areas of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the pollution in the process of industrialization. The re-sults show that rural industrial pollution emissions are affected by economic scale, emission intensity and output structure. The industrial pollution emissions in the development of rural industry have significant scale effect, along with the expansion of the industrial economic scale, there is a significant negative im-pact on rural environmental quality. Secondly, effects of environmental pollution emission intensity are significantly positive. Thirdly, the composition effects of environmental pollution are significantly positive. This shows that if the rural industry accounts for more, there will be a significant negative impact on rural environmental quality. In addition, the comparative study of rural areas in south Jiangsu, middle Jiangsu and north Jiangsu shows three effects in south Jiangsu are smaller than those in south Jiangsu and south Jiangsu.
