目的：分析采取PDCA循环管理流程对Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的干预效果。方法：选择本院2013年10月-2014年3月实行PDCA循环前的Ⅰ类手术切口病例601例作为对照组，并与实施干预后各组抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析比较。结果：PDCA循环干预后，杜绝了氟喹诺酮类药物的使用；抗菌药物预防使用率明显下降（P<0.05）；抗菌药物不合理使用情况明显改善（P<0.05）。结论：通过PDCA循环管理，Ⅰ类切口手术预防性使用抗菌药物情况好转。
목적：분석채취PDCA순배관리류정대Ⅰ류절구수술예방용항균약물적간예효과。방법：선택본원2013년10월-2014년3월실행PDCA순배전적Ⅰ류수술절구병례601례작위대조조，병여실시간예후각조항균약물적사용정황진행분석비교。결과：PDCA순배간예후，두절료불규낙동류약물적사용；항균약물예방사용솔명현하강（P<0.05）；항균약물불합리사용정황명현개선（P<0.05）。결론：통과PDCA순배관리，Ⅰ류절구수술예방성사용항균약물정황호전。
Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of PDCA cycle management on the prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs in type I incision operations.Method:601 patients with type I incision operations before the implement of PDCA cycle management in our hospital from October 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the control group.After the intervention,the situation about the use of antibacterial drugs were compared among the four groups.Result:After the intervention of PDCA circulation,the use of fluoroquinolones was avoided,the prophylactic use rate of antibacterial drugs was significantly lower than before(P<0.05)and the situation of unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs was better than before(P<0.05). Conclusion:Through the PDCA cycle management,the situation of the prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs in typeⅠincision operations is better.
