目的:探讨护理人员说话音调与响度对患者满意度的影响。方法:将544例患者分为两组,观察组268例,根据护士个体声音的差异、沟通对象及具体情形确定声音音调的高低及响度大小。对照组276例,护士按原习惯声音与患者沟通,观察两组患者的满意度。结果:观察组满意193例,基本满意69例,不满意6例,总满意度97.76%;对照组满意169例,基本满意71例,不满意36例,总满意度86.96%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:调整护士说话的音调和响度可以提高患者满意度。

목적:탐토호리인원설화음조여향도대환자만의도적영향。방법:장544례환자분위량조,관찰조268례,근거호사개체성음적차이、구통대상급구체정형학정성음음조적고저급향도대소。대조조276례,호사안원습관성음여환자구통,관찰량조환자적만의도。결과:관찰조만의193례,기본만의69례,불만의6례,총만의도97.76%;대조조만의169례,기본만의71례,불만의36례,총만의도86.96%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:조정호사설화적음조화향도가이제고환자만의도。
Objective:To investigate the impact of nurses’speaking pitch and loudness on patients’ satisfaction. Method:544 patients were divided into two groups,268 cases of the observation group,according to the difference of nurses’ individual voice,the communication object to determine the level of nurses and the loudness of sound tone size that communication with patients;276 cases of the control group,the nurses communicate with patients as normal,two groups of patients satisfaction were observed. Result:The observation group of 193 cases were satisfactory,69 cases were basically satisfactory,6 cases were not satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 97.76%.The control group of 169 cases were satisfactory,71 cases were basically satisfactory,36 cases were not satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 86.96%,compared the total satisfaction rate of two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjusting nurses’speaking pitch and loudness can improve patients’ satisfaction.
