目的：研究分析乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床价值及可行性。方法随机选取该院在2011年6月-2014年6月中收治的小儿支气管炎患者200例，将所有入选患者按照随机分配原则分为治疗组和对照组，每组人数为100例。对于对照组患者在常规治疗基础上使用红霉素治疗，而治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上使用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗，治疗结束后对比两组患者临床总有效率，症状恢复时间以及发生不良反应人数。结果经治疗后，治疗组患者临床总有效率达到了92%，而对照组总有效率仅有70%，治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义；治疗组患者湿罗音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间以及住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组患者发生不良反应人数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿支气管炎患者采用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗，显著提高临床有效率，缩短治疗时间，降低不良反应发生率，提高生活质量，值得在临床上进行广泛推广应用。
목적：연구분석유당산아기매소치료소인지기관염적림상개치급가행성。방법수궤선취해원재2011년6월-2014년6월중수치적소인지기관염환자200례，장소유입선환자안조수궤분배원칙분위치료조화대조조，매조인수위100례。대우대조조환자재상규치료기출상사용홍매소치료，이치료조환자재상규치료기출상사용유당산아기매소치료，치료결속후대비량조환자림상총유효솔，증상회복시간이급발생불량반응인수。결과경치료후，치료조환자림상총유효솔체도료92%，이대조조총유효솔부유70%，치료조림상료효현저우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의；치료조환자습라음소실시간、해수소실시간、효명음소실시간이급주원시간현저소우대조조(P<0.05)；치료조환자발생불량반응인수현저소우대조조(P<0.05)。결론대소인지기관염환자채용유당산아기매소치료，현저제고림상유효솔，축단치료시간，강저불량반응발생솔，제고생활질량，치득재림상상진행엄범추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical value and feasibility analysis of lactose azithromycin in treatment of children with bronchiolitis. Methods From June 2011 to June 2014, 200 children with bronchitis were selected in our hospital, then they were divided into treatment group and control group randomly , the number of each group were 100 cases. For patients in the control group using erythromycin therapy on the basis of conventional treatment, while patients in the treatment groupusing lactose azithromycin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,Compare clinical total effective rate, symptoms, recovery time and adverse reaction number between two groups after treatment. Results After the treatment, the patients in the treatment group the total clinical effective rate reached 92%, while the control group, the total efficiency was only 70%, the clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance; the disappearance time of moist cracklesthe,cough ,wheeze and length in hospital was significantly less than treatment group of crtrol (P<0.05); adverse reaction was much less than thenumber of control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The child bronchitis patients using Azithromycin lactobionate treatment, clinical efficiency improved significantly, not only shorten treatment time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, but also improve the quality of life, It's worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical practice.
