目的:分析高血压病并快速性心律失常行缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年10月-2014年10月该院收治的220例高血压病并快速性心律失常患者临床资料,其中110例行美托洛尔治疗患者设对照组,110例行缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗患者设研究组,对比两组临床效果。结果两组治疗前舒张压、收缩压无明显差异,治疗后研究组血压下降幅度优于对照组,且治疗后研究组平均心率与平均动脉压水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压病并快速性心律失常行缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗的效果优于美托洛尔单一应用,可有效改善患者血压、心率情况,值得临床应用。

Objective To analysis the hypertension and the speediness arrhythmia valsartan with metoprolol therapy effect. Meth-ods A retrospective analysis in October 2012 - October 2014 in our hospital treated 220 cases of hypertension and quickness ar-rhythmia patients clinical data, including control group, 110 patients who underwent metoprolol treatment for 110 patients who un-derwent valsartan with metoprolol therapy group, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results Two groups before treatment no obvious difference was found between diastolic and systolic blood pressure, blood pressure after treatment group decreased is better than that of control group, and group after treatment the level of average heart rate and mean arterial pressure was lower than the control group, there were statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypertension and quickness arrhythmia line the effect of valsartan with metoprolol therapy is superior to the single application of metoprolol can effectively improve the patients' blood pressure, heart rate, worthy of clinical application.
