目的：探讨阿莫西林结合果胶铋治疗胃炎患者的临床效果。方法随机选取了该院2011年10月-2013年10月期间来治疗的60例胃炎患者患者作为研究对象，利用计算机软件把60例患者随机分成两组，观察组和对照组，每组分别30例患者。给予对照组克拉霉素结合果胶铋治疗，观察组使用阿莫西林结合果胶铋治疗，比较观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.3%，对照组治疗有效率为76.6%，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用阿莫西林结合果胶铋治疗胃炎患者临床效果好，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토아막서림결합과효필치료위염환자적림상효과。방법수궤선취료해원2011년10월-2013년10월기간래치료적60례위염환자환자작위연구대상，이용계산궤연건파60례환자수궤분성량조，관찰조화대조조，매조분별30례환자。급여대조조극랍매소결합과효필치료，관찰조사용아막서림결합과효필치료，비교관찰량조치료효과。결과관찰조치료유효솔위93.3%，대조조치료유효솔위76.6%，관찰조치료효과명현우우대조조。량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론사용아막서림결합과효필치료위염환자림상효과호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study the amoxicillin combined with pectic bismuth clinical effect for the treatment of gastritis patients. Methods 60 patients with gastritis patients from October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital as the research object, using com-puter software to 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group, each group of 30 pa-tients, respectively. Give control group clarithromycin combined with pectic bismuth treatment, observation group combined with amoxicillin pectic bismuth treatment, two groups of treatment effect were studied. Results The observation group the treatment ef-fective rate was 93.3%, the control group treatment effective rate of 76.6%, the treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Use of amoxicillin combined with pectic bismuth treatment gastritis clinical effect is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
