目的：评价缩宫素鼻喷雾剂预防阴道分娩产后出血的临床疗效。方法随机选择2013年12月-2014年12月该院入院200例阴道分娩产妇，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组使用缩宫素鼻喷雾剂，对照组使用肌肉注射缩宫素。观察产后出血量、额外干预、血常规及不良反应等情况。结果试验组与对照组比较子宫收缩良好状态、子宫按摩者、产后2h出血量及红细胞及血红蛋白差值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；而试验组产后24 h出血量、不良反应(290.7±42.6)mL、2%明显少于与对照组(345.1±46.2)mL、10%(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素鼻喷雾剂可有效预防阴道分娩产后出血，使用方便，不良反应较少、持续收缩子宫效果佳，值得临床推广。
목적：평개축궁소비분무제예방음도분면산후출혈적림상료효。방법수궤선택2013년12월-2014년12월해원입원200례음도분면산부，수궤분위시험조화대조조，시험조사용축궁소비분무제，대조조사용기육주사축궁소。관찰산후출혈량、액외간예、혈상규급불량반응등정황。결과시험조여대조조비교자궁수축량호상태、자궁안마자、산후2h출혈량급홍세포급혈홍단백차치차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；이시험조산후24 h출혈량、불량반응(290.7±42.6)mL、2%명현소우여대조조(345.1±46.2)mL、10%(P<0.05)。결론축궁소비분무제가유효예방음도분면산후출혈，사용방편，불량반응교소、지속수축자궁효과가，치득림상추엄。
Objective Evaluation of oxytocin nasal spray clinical efficacy of preventing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014,200 cases of vaginal delivery were randomly divided into test group and control group, test group were given oxytocin nasal spray, the control group using intramuscular oxytocin. Observe the postpartum hemor-rhage, additional intervention, blood routine and adverse reaction conditions. Results There are no difference between two groups in uterine contraction, uterine massage state, postpartum bleeding volume in 2h and red blood cells and hemoglobin(P>0.05).While 24h postpartum bleeding, adverse reaction in test group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin nasal spray can effectively prevent vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage, it's not only convenient ,with less Side effects ,But also have a good effect to contral the uterus, so it is deserve the clinical expansion.
