目的:探讨引流对微创腋臭手术切口愈合的影响。方法整群选取该院2009年8月-2014年10月微创腋臭手术病人,397病例按就诊日期分组,单日纳入对照组,双日纳入实验组,对照组切口内不放置引流,实验组切口内用输液管或输血管作引流管引流,引流管术后第一天拔出一半,第二天全部拔出。结果切口愈合按教科的甲、乙、丙三级分法,实验组208例,甲级愈合191例,乙级愈合10例,丙级愈合7例;对照组189例,甲级愈合157例,乙级愈合18例,丙级愈合14例,特别是丙级愈合病例差异有统计学意义,P≤0.05。结论微创腋臭手术后引流管取材方便,成本低,拔管方便,有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of drainage on the healing of incision in minimally ivasive surgery for axillary os-midrosis. Methods 397 patients with axillary osmidrosis in our hospital during August 2009 and October 2014 were selected. Those admitted on odd-numbered date were assigned to the control group, while on even-numbered date to the experimental group. Infusion tubeor blood or transfusion tube, was not and was used in the control group and in the experimental group respec-tively as drainage tubes which was pulled out half 1 day after operation and completely 2 day after operation. Results According to the classification method in the textbook for healing of incision, there were 208 cases in Class A, 191 cases in Class B, 7 cases in Class C in the observation group;while 189 cases in Class A, 18 cases in Class B, 14 cases in Class C in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the healing of incision of varying Class, especially that of Class C, of the two groups, P≤0.05. Conclusion Drainage tube which is easy to obtain applied minimally ivasive surgery for axillary osmidrosis is ef-fective and economical, therefore it should be widely used in clinic.
