目的：探讨小儿手足口病血清CK-MB、cTnT及PA变化的临床意义。方法：选取本院2012年3月-2014年3月进行诊治的手足口病患儿213例，进入本研究90例，选取45例重症患者为重症组，45例普通患者为普通组，同时选取健康儿童45例为对照组，分别于入院次日、治疗8 d后次日抽取静脉血，比较三组儿童CK-MB、cTnT及PA水平变化。结果：三组患者入院次日CK-MB值、cTnT比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗8 d后，三组患者CK-MB值、cTnT均较前下降，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：血清CK-MB、cTnT变化提示患儿可存在心肌损伤，PA变化对于判断病情程度及评估预后有指导意义。
목적：탐토소인수족구병혈청CK-MB、cTnT급PA변화적림상의의。방법：선취본원2012년3월-2014년3월진행진치적수족구병환인213례，진입본연구90례，선취45례중증환자위중증조，45례보통환자위보통조，동시선취건강인동45례위대조조，분별우입원차일、치료8 d후차일추취정맥혈，비교삼조인동CK-MB、cTnT급PA수평변화。결과：삼조환자입원차일CK-MB치、cTnT비교，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료8 d후，삼조환자CK-MB치、cTnT균교전하강，비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：혈청CK-MB、cTnT변화제시환인가존재심기손상，PA변화대우판단병정정도급평고예후유지도의의。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum CK-MB,cTnT and PA in the assessment of the illness in children with hand foot and mouth disease. Method:213 children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected,90 cases in this study who were divided into severe critical group(45 cases), and ordinary group(45 cases),45 patients with normal and healthy were selected as control group,respectively,extracted the venous blood from the three groups of children for CK-MB,cTnT and PA level changes in the day after admission and 8 days later. Result:Three groups admitted to hospital with CK-MB value,cTnT statistically significant difference;8 days after treatment, patients in the three groups of CK-MB value and cTnT were the previous fall,statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The serum CK-MB and cTnT changes suggest the existence of myocardial damage of children who can be,PA is for the diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis.
