目的：探讨分析急性重症胰腺炎患者应用经鼻空肠营养管的护理。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1-12月间收治的16例急性重症胰腺炎患者应用经鼻空肠营养管进行肠内营养的临床护理资料。结果经综合护理，16例患者均一次成功放置空肠营养管，置管时间为10~26分钟，肠内营养时间为6~29天，未有误吸、穿孔、腹痛腹泻、代谢紊乱、消化道出血等并发症出现。结论对应用经鼻空肠营养管进行肠内营养的急性重症胰腺炎患者进行综合护理，有利于成功置管，缩短置管时间，减少并发症的发生，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토분석급성중증이선염환자응용경비공장영양관적호리。방법회고성분석아원2013년1-12월간수치적16례급성중증이선염환자응용경비공장영양관진행장내영양적림상호리자료。결과경종합호리，16례환자균일차성공방치공장영양관，치관시간위10~26분종，장내영양시간위6~29천，미유오흡、천공、복통복사、대사문란、소화도출혈등병발증출현。결론대응용경비공장영양관진행장내영양적급성중증이선염환자진행종합호리，유리우성공치관，축단치관시간，감소병발증적발생，제고생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the application of nasal jejunum nutrition tube to patients with severe acute pancre-atitis by nursing. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of data in the application of enteral nutrition by nasal jejunum nutrient canal to critically ill patients of 16 cases in our Hospital in January 2013 - December 2013. Results:By the com-prehensive nursing,jejunum nutrition tubes were successfully placed in 16 patients with the indwelling time of 10 - 26 mi-nutes,the time of enteral nutrition for 6 - 29 days,and there were no aspiration,perforation,abdominal pain,diarrhea, metabolic disorders,gastrointestinal bleeding and other complications. Conclusion:The application of enteral nutrition comprehensive nursing of nasal jejunum nutrient canal to critically ill patients is conducive to the success of the tube,short-en the indwelling time,reduce the complications and improve the quality of life.
