目的：深入了解失能老人家庭照顾者的真实体验及需求，旨在为提高失能老人家庭照护质量提供科学依据。方法采取目的抽样，对15社区失能老人家庭照顾者进行半结构访谈。结果半结构访谈提炼出家庭照顾者在照顾工作中的情感体验主要包括：责任感及家庭使命感、迷茫及不确定感、压力及焦虑感、满足感。结论为家庭照顾者提供心理支持、为失能老人家庭提供完善的社会支持体系以及不断完善和加强对失能老人家庭的政策支持。

Objective:To understand caregiversˊreal experience and needs in disabled elderly family and provide the ba-sis for improving the quality of family care. Methods:Qualitative study was adopted by purposive sampling,and semi-struc-tured interview outline was used to interview 15 selected family caregivers. Results:The extractable theme of family care-giversˊ emotional experience in the work from semi-structured interview results included the sense of responsibility and the sense of family mission,confusion and uncertainty,stress and anxiety,and satisfaction. Conclusion:To provide psycholog-ical comfort,social support for disabled elderly family caregivers,the government should constantly improve and strengthen the policy support for disabled elderly family.
