目的：分析比较乳腔镜辅助下手术与传统常规开放手术治疗乳腺疾病的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2012年3月-2014年12月收治的134例乳腺癌患者按照手术方式的不同分为乳腔镜组和常规手术组，分析两组患者手术时长、术中出血量、住院天数、术后瘢痕及术后并发症发生率等情况。结果乳腔镜组患者在手术时长、术中出血量、住院时间及术后瘢痕情况均好于常规手术组，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；乳腔镜组患者术后并发症少于常规手术患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腔镜辅助下乳腺疾病术后康复快、术后并发症少、术后瘢痕小，患者对术后美容效果满意度高，具有较好的临床效果。
목적：분석비교유강경보조하수술여전통상규개방수술치료유선질병적림상효과。방법정군선취해원2012년3월-2014년12월수치적134례유선암환자안조수술방식적불동분위유강경조화상규수술조，분석량조환자수술시장、술중출혈량、주원천수、술후반흔급술후병발증발생솔등정황。결과유강경조환자재수술시장、술중출혈량、주원시간급술후반흔정황균호우상규수술조，량조지간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；유강경조환자술후병발증소우상규수술환자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론유강경보조하유선질병술후강복쾌、술후병발증소、술후반흔소，환자대술후미용효과만의도고，구유교호적림상효과。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effect between mastoscopy assisted operation and conventional open surgery in the treatment of breast disease. Methods 134 patients with breast disease in our hospital during March 2012 and De-cember 2014 were divided into mastoscopic group and conventional surgery group according different operation methods. The op-eration duration, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, the rate of postoperative scar and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and the rate of the postoperative scar of mastoscopic group were superior to those of the conventional surgery group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the rate of postoperative complications of the mastoscopic group was less than that of the conventional surgery group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of mastoscopy assisted operation for breast disease is good, which has the features of quick recovery, less complications and postoperative scar, and satisfactory cosmetic effect.
