目的:分析临沂市2004-2013年麻疹流行病学特征,为制定预防控制麻疹策略提供依据。方法数据来源中国疾病控制信息系统中临沂市2004-2013年水痘麻疹发病资料,进行描述流行病学分析。结果临沂市麻疹报告发病率从2004年开始逐年上升,2008年达到近9年来的最高峰(12.44/10万),2009年逐年下降,2011年较2010年又有小幅度上升;麻疹发病呈现明显季节性,3~5月为发病高峰;各县区均有病例报告;发病年龄组构成以0~4岁发病最多,且逐年上升。结论临沂市2004-2013年麻疹报告发病呈波动性反复,2013年又有上升趋势,0~4岁散居儿童为主要发病人群。提高麻疹减毒活疫苗及时接种率,保持高水平的人群免疫力,是阻断麻疹传播的根本措施。

목적:분석림기시2004-2013년마진류행병학특정,위제정예방공제마진책략제공의거。방법수거래원중국질병공제신식계통중림기시2004-2013년수두마진발병자료,진행묘술류행병학분석。결과림기시마진보고발병솔종2004년개시축년상승,2008년체도근9년래적최고봉(12.44/10만),2009년축년하강,2011년교2010년우유소폭도상승;마진발병정현명현계절성,3~5월위발병고봉;각현구균유병례보고;발병년령조구성이0~4세발병최다,차축년상승。결론림기시2004-2013년마진보고발병정파동성반복,2013년우유상승추세,0~4세산거인동위주요발병인군。제고마진감독활역묘급시접충솔,보지고수평적인군면역력,시조단마진전파적근본조시。
Objective:To know measles the epidemiological characteristics in Linyi from 2004 - 2013 and provide the basis for measles control. Methods:The measles epidemiological characteristics were analyzed with descriptive epidemiolo-gy. Results:The reported measles incidence rate of Linyi increased year by year from 2004,reached the peak 12. 44 / 100, 000 in 2008,and declined in 2009 and 2012,and 2013 increased a little. Measles showed seasonal nature obviously,and the peak time was from March to April. The measles incidence was reported in whole Linyi. The proportions of measles ca-ses aged 0 - 4years,which showed the most proportion. 0 - 4 years old had the highest incidence these years. Conclusion:Measles incidence from 2004 to 2013 fluncturated year by year,but were still much higher. Scattered children aged 0 - 4 years were the main attacked population. Improving the timely coverage rate of measles vaccine inoculation to maintain a high level of immunity is the fundamental measure for preventing the measles epidemic.
