目的:优选槐米防晒成分芦丁的最佳提取工艺。方法采用紫外分光光度法检测槐米提取液在波长200~400 nm各区间的平均吸收率,采用高效液相色谱法测定其主要成分芦丁含量。分别以槐米提取液紫外吸收率、芦丁含量为指标,对超声波提取工艺进行单因素考察,并采用L9(34)正交试验优选槐米芦丁的提取工艺。结果槐米提取液在UVA、UVB、UVC波段内对紫外线均有较强的吸收作用。槐米提取液的最佳提取工艺:乙醇浓度为70%,料液比为1:30,超声时间为30 min,超声温度为65℃。结论槐米提取液在紫外各区间均有较强吸光能力,具有很好的广谱防晒能力。超声波提取法具有时间短、提取率高等优点,可用于槐米防晒成分芦丁的提取。
目的:優選槐米防曬成分蘆丁的最佳提取工藝。方法採用紫外分光光度法檢測槐米提取液在波長200~400 nm各區間的平均吸收率,採用高效液相色譜法測定其主要成分蘆丁含量。分彆以槐米提取液紫外吸收率、蘆丁含量為指標,對超聲波提取工藝進行單因素攷察,併採用L9(34)正交試驗優選槐米蘆丁的提取工藝。結果槐米提取液在UVA、UVB、UVC波段內對紫外線均有較彊的吸收作用。槐米提取液的最佳提取工藝:乙醇濃度為70%,料液比為1:30,超聲時間為30 min,超聲溫度為65℃。結論槐米提取液在紫外各區間均有較彊吸光能力,具有很好的廣譜防曬能力。超聲波提取法具有時間短、提取率高等優點,可用于槐米防曬成分蘆丁的提取。
목적:우선괴미방쇄성분호정적최가제취공예。방법채용자외분광광도법검측괴미제취액재파장200~400 nm각구간적평균흡수솔,채용고효액상색보법측정기주요성분호정함량。분별이괴미제취액자외흡수솔、호정함량위지표,대초성파제취공예진행단인소고찰,병채용L9(34)정교시험우선괴미호정적제취공예。결과괴미제취액재UVA、UVB、UVC파단내대자외선균유교강적흡수작용。괴미제취액적최가제취공예:을순농도위70%,료액비위1:30,초성시간위30 min,초성온도위65℃。결론괴미제취액재자외각구간균유교강흡광능력,구유흔호적엄보방쇄능력。초성파제취법구유시간단、제취솔고등우점,가용우괴미방쇄성분호정적제취。
Objective To optimize the extraction of Flos Sophora. Methods The samples were scanned from 200 to 400 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, then the average ulrtaviolet absorption was calculated in UVC, UVB and UVA. The quantity of rutin was determined by HPLC. With ultraviolet absorption, rutin content and extraction rate as indexes, the single factor tests and orthogonal experimental design tests L9 (34) were applied to investigate the influence of each factor during ultrasonic extraction. Results The extraction of Flos Sophora had strong UV absorption effect in the UVA, UVB, UVC range. The optimal conditions for extracting were as follows: 70% ethanol concentration, 1:30 solid-liquid ration, 30 min and 65℃ ultrasound extraction. Conclusion The extraction of Flos Sophora has good ability of ultraviolet ab-sorption and broad-spectrum sun protection. Ultrasonic wave extraction has high extraction yield and requires short time which can be used to extrat sunscreen formulation from Flos Sophora.
