Serum SIL-2R%IL-8%TNF%Rotavirus%Enteritis%Mechanism of action
目的:了解血清SIL-2R、IL-8和TNF水平在轮状病毒(RV)肠炎发病中的作用机制。方法随机择取该院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的50例RV肠炎患儿为实验组,并选择同期来该院体查的50例健康体检者为对照组,应用双抗体夹心ELISA法,对两组血清中SIL-2R、IL-8及TNF-A水平进行检测,观察两组各个指标变化情况。结果实验组RV肠炎患儿在急性期血清中SIL-2R、TNF-A、IL-8水平(45.23±11.23)pg/mL,(122.23±6.75)pg/mL,(526.43±12.54)pg/mL明显高于正常对照组(28.64±9.62)pg/mL,(68.12±5.46)pg/mL,(197.32±14.24) pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,轻症组、中症组、重症组RV肠炎患儿血清IL-8、SIL-2R及TNF-A水平亦呈增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示三者与病情轻重具有关联性。结论血清IL-8、SIL-2R、TNF-A在轮状病毒感染免疫防御与免疫损伤机制中具有重要的引导作用,临床上应引起足够重视。

목적:료해혈청SIL-2R、IL-8화TNF수평재륜상병독(RV)장염발병중적작용궤제。방법수궤택취해원2012년3월-2014년3월수치적50례RV장염환인위실험조,병선택동기래해원체사적50례건강체검자위대조조,응용쌍항체협심ELISA법,대량조혈청중SIL-2R、IL-8급TNF-A수평진행검측,관찰량조각개지표변화정황。결과실험조RV장염환인재급성기혈청중SIL-2R、TNF-A、IL-8수평(45.23±11.23)pg/mL,(122.23±6.75)pg/mL,(526.43±12.54)pg/mL명현고우정상대조조(28.64±9.62)pg/mL,(68.12±5.46)pg/mL,(197.32±14.24) pg/mL,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。여대조조비교,경증조、중증조、중증조RV장염환인혈청IL-8、SIL-2R급TNF-A수평역정증고추세,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),제시삼자여병정경중구유관련성。결론혈청IL-8、SIL-2R、TNF-A재륜상병독감염면역방어여면역손상궤제중구유중요적인도작용,림상상응인기족구중시。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of SIL-2R, IL-8 and TNF levels in rotavirus enteritis (RV) mechanism in the pathogenesis. Metheds 50 cases of RV enteritis children in our hospital in 2012 March to take in 2014 March were as the ex-perimental group, and 50 healthy subjects over the same period in our hospital physical examination as control group, the double antibody sandwich ELISA method was used to detect SIL-2R, IL-8 and TNF-A levels in serum of two groups, to observe the changes of two groups each index. Results The experimental group RV enteritis in the acute phase serum SIL-2R, TNF-A and IL-8 levels (45.23±11.23, 122.23±6.75, 526.43±12.54) pg/mL was significantly higher than that in normal control group (28.64±9.62, 68.12±5.46, 197.32±14.24) pg/mL, there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, mild group and severe group in symptom group, serum IL-8, SIL-2R of RV enteritis and the level of TNF-A was also increased (P<0.05), suggesting that the three related to the severity of the association. Conclusion Serum IL-8, SIL-2R, TNF-A in rotavirus infection play an important role in immune defense and immune mechanism of injury, clinical attention should be paid.
