采用 Box -Benhnken 中心组合实验和响应面分析法,在单因素实验基础上,以超声功率、提取时间和液料比为影响因素,多糖提取率为响应值,对超声波提取油菜花粉多糖的工艺进行优化。结果表明:优化后确定的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率为463 W、超声时间为20.5 min、液料比22.7∶1(mL/g),优化条件下多糖提取率验证值为5.28%,与响应面分析优化多糖提取率预测值5.30%接近。超声波技术可大大提高油菜花粉多糖的提取率。

The ultrasonic -assisted extraction conditions of rape pollen polysaccharide were optimized by Box -Benhnken central composite design and response surface analysis based on the single factor experi-ment with ultrasonic power,extraction time,and the solvent/solid ratio as causal factors,and the extrac-tion yield of polysaccharides as response value.The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic -assisted extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic power was 463 W,extraction time 20.5 min,and the solvent/solid ratio 22.7∶1 (mL/g).Under such conditions,the verification value of yield of polysaccha-rides was 5.28%,which was close to the predictive maximum yield of 5.30%.Ultrasonic technology can greatly improve the extraction yield of rape pollen polysaccharide.
