某炭浸厂根据其现场生产存在的问题，进行了磨浸系统技术改造。通过对球磨机筒体衬板的改造，一段球磨机衬板使用周期延长36．6 d，二段球磨机衬板使用周期延长59．4 d；实验室对对辊破碎机对辊传动方式的改造，降低了对辊破碎机年维修维护费用，减少了年维修次数；压滤机拉板小车传动方式的改造，年节约生产成本14万元，经济效益显著。

In light of the problems of field production in one CIL plant,technical renovation toward the leaching and grinding system is carried out.Renovated lining prolongs the lining cycling period by 36.6 d in first phase ball mills and by 59.4 d in second phase ball mills;laboratory renovation on roller driving patterns in twin roller crushers reduces the annual maintenance cost and the necessary maintenance times;renovation on driving patterns of plate-drawing cart in filter press saves the annual production cost by 140 000 yuan.The renovation achieves significant eco-nomic benefits.
