以钢渣、矿渣、硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,并掺入少量激发剂,成功制备了42.5R型复合硅酸盐水泥。试验探讨了钢渣细度、钢渣与矿渣符合比例以及激发剂种类对复合硅酸盐水泥性能的影响,并通过SEM对复合水泥水化产物及水泥石微观结构进行了微观分析。结果表明:钢渣的细度和复合比例对水泥凝结时间、安定性及强度有很大的影响。复合水泥中加入碱性激发剂,钢渣与矿渣活性得到提高,复合水泥凝结时间缩短,各龄期胶砂强度显著增长。

Using steel slag,slag and Portland cement as the main raw material,adding a small amount of activator,the composite Port-land cement 42.5R was achieved successfully.The effect of fineness of steel slag,the composite ratio of steel slag and slag and activator species on the properties of composite Portland cement were studied. The hydration products of composite cement and micro-structure of harden paste were analyzed by SEM. The results show that the fineness and composite ratio of steel slag on cement setting time,sta-bility and strength has a great influence. Adding alkali activator to composite cement,which significantly increased the activity of steel slag and slag,the composite cement setting time is shortened,and mortar strength grown significantly at each age.
