There are some problems in the application of the filling system of Jinyuan Mining Company such as the segregation and layered sediment of the underground filling body.These problems cause that the strength of filling body is too low to satisfy production requirements.The paper considers the flawed design of the agitation vessel as the primary cause.Renovation is made in the design of agitation blades in the vessel and agitation calculation,obtaining satisfactory application results.
