将6~18目橡胶颗粒按细骨料的10%掺入混凝土后,外掺2、4、6、8 kg?m3的塑钢纤维,研究橡胶混凝土基本力学性能的变化规律。试验结果表明:随着掺量的增加,7 d抗压强度逐渐降低;28 d抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、压折比均先升高后降低;28 d抗折强度有增大的趋势;劈裂抗拉强度变化很小。掺入塑钢纤维的橡胶混凝土在受力后出现的裂缝细小,扩展速度相对缓慢,卸载后试件能更完整的连在一起。

The 6~18 mesh rubber particles incorporated into concrete by 10%fine aggregate,then mixed 2,4,6,8 kg?m3 of steel fiber in order to variation the law of the basic mechanical properties about rubber concrete. Experimental results show that the 7 d compressive strength gradually decreased,At the same time,the 28 d compressive strength,axial compressive strength,and elastic modulus were crushing ratio rise before. While the 28 d flexural strength has a tendency to increase,and the splitting tensile strength changed little with the increase of dosage. When the rubber concrete adding steel fiber,the cracks were thin after forcing,the pace of expansion were rela-tively slow,and the test piece were more together complete after unloading.
